You can make a booking though our system here. It’s very easy and only takes a minute – just pick a room and time that works for you.

Capacity varies from theme to theme:

• The Heist    capacity: 4-10 players
• Experiment    capacity: 2-8 players
• Dark Room    capacity: 2-8 players
• The 4th Door    capacity: 4-9 players

Also good to know:

• generally, bigger teams have a better chance to escape
• all games are private (no strangers in the room)

With multiple themes we can accommodate up 42 players simultaneously. We can host even larger groups by having multiple rounds. Please contact us for more details:

While there is no age limit, the ideal age is 10 years and older. You can bring younger children, but at least one team member should be an adult.

Absolutely not! We’ll never pair you strangers (though we won’t stop you if you decide to bring the strangers with you :).

All games are 100% private, always.

Everything you’ll require to escape will be provided to you. NO special skills or advanced prior knowledge is required.

In case you can’t make your original appointment, you can re-schedule the game up to 24 hours in advance (just follow a link included in your confirmation email or call us).

Game is $38+ per person (depending on your group size). We accept the following methods of payments:

• VISA
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express

Please note – while you can reschedule up to the day before the game, there are NO refunds.

Parking at Amazon corporate buildings:

• free on weekdays after 4pm
• free on weekends anytime

(Day1 and Doppler are just 1 block away!)

Also, there’s usually plenty of metered parking nearby and several paid parking garages.

• The entrance into our facilities is on Lenora St., through double glass doors.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Indeed you can, but we cannot garantee that we’ll have a room available at that time. For this reason, most people prefer booking ahead of time through website here.
